At Laurel Bath House, we want you to love your self-care ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the artisanal nature of our bath and body products, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
